2020/21 fee correction

A previous news release regarding daily launch fees at Blackrock Sands/ Morfa Bychan was incorrect. The daily fee is now £20 including beach parking (we previously and incorrectly stated it was £15). Thank you to Gwynedd Council for spotting the error
